Tastiest variety of coriander to grow?

I've had enough of insipid tasting shop-bought coriander and am keen to try to grow my own!

Any recommendations of what variety of coriander yields the yummiest crop? I know some varieties are slower to bolt (eg Calypso), however they seem to be more mild in flavour.

If you fancy something slightly different there is Vietnamese coriander - nothing like Indian coriander but incredibly tasty - doesn't bolt, will survive a mild winter. We add it to salads across the summer. Hope you find what you are looking for
