Where to buy dahlia tubers?

We're putting new flower beds in and starting from scratch. Dahlias are my favourite flower, so want to put in a bed of them. There were loads of tubers in my local garden centre last month, but there weren't any yesterday, so I'm wondering if it's too late to plant them? If there's still time does anyone have a recommendation of where to buy them (might have to go online)?

Nope not too late to plant them- too early in fact but you can plant them in pots and keep somewhere frost free for a few weeks to get them sprouting. Peter Nyssen are great.

I’ve got a few on the way from Farmer Gracy online, they come from the Netherlands. It’s just about not too late to plant from tuber. I’ve got a couple of bigger dahlia plants from the garden centre too so I’m planning to compare.

I get all my bilbs/tubers from Farmer Gracy

Another FG fan here and have ventured into their bare root perennials too.

Have split the tubers and pot up and they’re doing well.

i buy my tubers from J Parker plants. This year I have gone for Bishop of Dover.

The Rose Press Garden still has a lovely selection online (they bought in a second batch because the first sold out quickly). Though if you hold your nerve and keep an eye on their socials they will probably go on offer this week!

Sarah Raven have 60% off dahlia tubers, they had some lovely ones for a couple of quid when I looked earlier. Sadly I bought generic cheap ones from Lidl so can’t excuse buying anymore!
