Is this part of a Japanese knotweed root?

Just turned over some Earth in the beds today and found a couple of stubborn root crowns. I didn’t get all of it but I’m worried it might be Japanese knotweed as we suspect our neighbours had it. They didn’t get it chemically treated, just dug up and build a patio on it (I know, I know). Anyone know?

It doesn't look like it, best way to tell is cut a bit open, Japanese knotweed will be orange inside

Thank you! It was white inside, phew.

Not Japanese knotweed, I regularly use a company called IVM who identify knotweed free of charge, they are experts so know what they are talking about .
