Call your local council - they'll probably be able to give you better advice to be honest.

Could you try ringing your local bee-keeping society? I have a friend who keeps bees and there seems to be a strong network in most areas.

OMG I'd move house

I spoke to an exterminator when I thought we had a bees nest and he said they don't normally get involved as bees are protected. He told me you have to be sure the nest is there and be able to see lots of bees coming and going from a particular point before anything can be done but usually a bee keeper is called in to move them as a swarm. I'd try bee keeping society as Millarkie suggested. Hope that helps
