Heuchera leaf problems

Hello, I've a lime marmalade heuchera which I guess is drying down for the winter but it really has struggled all year since first planted.
The leaves are brown spotted and being eaten. Yesterday I noticed something on the underside. Google has given me heuchera rust as a possible cause of the brown spots and suggests destroying it.
Before I remove it, does anyone have a better idea? If it is heuchera rust I don't really want it spreading. Attached leaf image.
Thanks!

You could always try treating it with Roseclear or similar - one with fungicide in it - and see what happens. I'd also make sure to clear away all the old dead and decaying leaves from the plant over the winter. Throw them in the bin, not the compost heap.
