I've got 70sqM of a field, to use as a garden (directly behind my house) - how can I make it "nice" grass?

Its got bits of wood (BIG bits, like long strips), odd metal things buried and huge stones.

Do you think mini digger, sort through and turf?

Get it ploughed/rotivated then rolled & plant grass seed

It might cost a bit

Canadian grass seed is good (if I remember right)
