Looks a bit like a lump of ice but obviously not!

Did you poke it with a stick? What's the consistency?

If it's jelly-ish then it will be water storing gel. You add it to the soil as crystals and it swells into a gel to store water.

Yeah it soft, jellyish. I have used any water storing gel. Just appeared out of nowhere. Worried that something has laid eggs ?? Although doesn’t look like that

Not eggs - you can usually see the embryos. Water storing gel could have arrived with the plants unless you grew them from seed. Slime mould? I once slipped on one in the hills, transparent like that, went flat on my back as if I’d stood on ice. As I was within 2m of a cliff edge, it was a bit scary.

worth googling slime moulds, incredible beasts. They been used for planning efficient railway and road systems.
