Hydrangea advice

Slugs have taken a particular liking to my hydrangea and I’m unsure if it’s past saving. I have removed some of the leaves that were totally destroyed and some of the flowers with lots of holes in. Is there anything I can do to save this? Thank you!

It has nearly finished flowering anyway. Just keep it watered, and remove the dead heads if you want to (although they do look pretty in a frost if you leave them on).

Mine is starting to look a bit ragged round the edges as well.
