Slugs eating rat poison

And pooed pink poos in some pots.

Does anyone know how poisonous that is?

I'm treating as if 'very' and binned the lot. Now found a different tub with what I'm imagining is a little pink slug rat poison poo in it. Would like to rescue if possible.

Slugs have eaten rat poison and left pink poos in pots

I'd chuck if it was an edible but if not, I'd skim off the poos and keep.
