Best spray paint for garden furniture ?

Has anyone recently spray painted their wrought iron furniture? Looking for recommendations. Tia

Hammerite metal spray paint smooth
Can get it on amazon and ebay. Also Halfords but much costlier
Range of colours
Scrub down with soapy water make certain fully dry

I spray paint it on the grass ( I do cover the grass!) but if there is any stray it mows off.

Do not pick a windy day, and be carefully for bits dropping off plants.
touch dry in about 15mins/ fully dry in an hour. do a very fine spray . regularly wipe the nozzle

I do my cast iron and cast aluminium furniture about every other year.
If your furniture is cast iron and has rust scrub the rust off and treat with Kurust before spray painting

Good advice about doing it in the grass as it can be mowed. Have been collecting large cardboard boxes so will open those flat. I got some hammerite today in B and Q ( 30% off so bonus ). Apparently my husband has a spray gun thing I can use. Wish I’d remembered that. Hoping one 2.5l can will be enough. Thank you for taking the time to reply.

this is what you want. do not get the paint on hammerite- even if you put it in a sprayer it is too thick to spray and too thick to paint on without brush marks. if that is what you brought suggest you return it sorry
