You can upload photos to the plant net app and opt for leaf, flower or whatever and it will list the plant or similar for you.

And dive into almost any thread and it will tell you the disadvantages of using an app.

Those look like the three original pictures in a different order

For example the iphone identifier thought it was either goat willow or beech. It’s inconceivable to a botanist that you would confuse those two.

If it a goat willow, the male goatwillow is a pussy willow

Thanks for all your input. Dsis has gone with Goat Willow and will watch it carefully in the Spring.
