Hi I have a pretty short garden but an ugly building can be seen in the distance ( an awful extension has been build on a beautiful period school building which was our previous view) .
I can't afford to move but would like to plant or put something on the top of my fence to diffuse it . Any ideas of what you would, or have done if in similiar situations would be very gratefully accepted ( pics too if you have time would be great ) .
