What to plant in a chimney pot?

After scouring Facebook marketplace for what seems like forever, I've finally found 2 crown chimney pots which I'm planning to pick up today.
I'm hoping to use them as planters but can't decide what should go in them. They're deep but not particularly wide. Something semi trailing? Even better if it has year round interest but I realise that's probably a big ask!
Any ideas welcome!

If it's any help I've got Starlings in one of mine, and the neighbours have blackbirds.

I have quite a few, all planted with a range of things.

Strawberries in one with herbs around the outside. Mint in another and I'll probably bung a nasturtium in it once it warms up. I have Lemon Balm and Varigated Lemon Balm in another. Alpine strawberries in another. Oregano in another.

Nasturtium must look stunning in a chimney pot 🥰

Euphorbia myrsinites would look good through most of the year too

We have 40 chimney pots but I couldn't tell you what's in any of them 😀

I have trailing grass in mine

Some great ideas, off to Google them all. Sounds as though I'd better plant them up quickly though before the birds move in!

I have terracotta chimney pots and always put in blue lobelia and nasturtiums seeds in May in them, they look very pretty by August.

Smoke bush (I'll get me coat)
