How to deal with smelly soil - ideas please?

My garden stinks. I have sorted the cause (blocked drain) but it has been blocked for a while and I hadn’t realised - thought the smell was from the street. It’s located in a raised bed at the front of the house which smells like poo. It’s really strong. The flower bed has ivy growing in it and was flooding regularly so is like a small smelly swamp. Any ideas welcomed.

You need to get air into it so the bacteria can get to work and break it all down. I would add lots of organic matter, mix it up as best you can with the ivy there and then put a thick mulch of bark.

Digging some bokashi bran in might help, as well.
