Pergolas

Would you have a pergola over your lounging seat area, or over your dining table area?

I'm crippled with indecision and need to decide by Tuesday as the footings need to be laid before the patio!

Dining table area. And an umbrella over the sitting area.

Dining table. I wouldn't want the lounging area too shaded but probably prefer to eat outside where it'll be a bit cooler.

We have pergola over Lounging seat area (sounds much grander than it is) with lots of climbers, I find it less annoying having the inevitable leaf and flower drop over the sitting area than into my food. And an umbrella over the dining area.
