Shed that is actually delivered to your garden

Hi 👋

I'm looking for a garden shed and thought I'd found one with a company that claims to deliver direct to the garden. I was all excited and then on delivery day, it turns out they only deliver very short distances and only send one guy out! I don't want a shed on my driveway. Access to my garden is behind the house which was too far apparently so they couldn't deliver it to the actual garden.
I'm not fussed about them installing it as I can do that but I can't carry it around the house.
Where can you buy sheds that are actually delivered to your back garden??

If you order online I imagine this is standard, but you could call the seller before ordering to ask if they will deliver to the actual shed site. I would guess that a local shed supplier may be more likely to offer this service than a national supplier who will use a courier service for delivery. Alternatively, and probably more easily, you could find a couple of strong blokes local to you to carry it from the drive (do a call out on local Facebook group or ask around friends?) and factor that into the price.

We bought a shed a couple of years ago. To be honest it never even occurred to me that they wouldn't deliver it to the garden. Ours we delivered and put up by the supplier which was a small local company.
Are you planning on putting it up yourself? (No mean feat as I watched them do it, and I couldn't have done it). If they are doing it then they will have to deliver to the final position.
Try a local fencing company as they often do sheds and would probably deliver to where you want.

I would probably get a delivery with the option of them putting it up added. That way you'll get it taken around to the garden.

Yeah that seems to be the best option.
I'm in Surrey so as far as I can see any local shed companies are mad expensive. I just want a shed that doesn't leak. Thanks for your replies
