Gardening Glove Recommendations for a keen gardener

My lovely mom in fact, has anyone got any recommendations? I have no clue but she loves her garden so would like to get her a really nice pair for Christmas. Would like to spend around £30ish- is that realistic?

I recently bought my mum a pair of these for her birthday. They are snug when new but are meant to stretch to the hand to fit like a second skin

The best gardening gloves I've ever found aren't expensive ones - they're the Showa ones like this. The small size fit me properly, they're tough, not too thick (can still tie a knot in string while wearing them), comfortable, and washable.

A pair of thick 'rigger' type of gloves is useful if you've got to tackle brambles etc.

I'm also a Showa fan but I would probably go for the gold leaf gloves as a gift. Showa are brilliant though!

Gold Leaf are great, especially the gauntlet type which give protection to the arms. The leather is really soft .
