I'd say Russian vine. Not knotweed.

It definitely isn’t bindweed. The flowers are very different

The leaves are bindweed and the flowers are Russian vine. So two invasive weeds entwined but not knotweed thank goodness!

Yes, and they recently re-named it from polygonum to fallopia, didn't they? It is banned from sale in many countries, but unfortunately still on offer in the UK.
