Black spot on roses, too early to prune?

My roses have quite a lot of black spot which I have been unable to treat effectively this summer as it’s been so wet.

Given this, can I just give them a little prune to get rid of it or will it damage them?

I cut the offending leaves off as soon as I see them, to prevent spread.

Same as what the person above said, apparently once the rose has black spot the plant will always have it which I didn't know until now

Best to leave it and prune in the spring or late winter and then spray next season before it takes hold.
You can cure blackspot but you have to keep spraying and ideally remove all diseased leaves from the soil or it will come back.

Thanks for all of your help, will trim off what is there and hopefully next summer will be a bit drier so I can I spray it a bit more.
