Foxes are pooing outside my front door pretty much every night. I Need to get rid of them as it’s gross and embarrassing what will repel them? I’ve heard male urine? Not sure I can get anyone to do that 🤣 any other ideas? I also have a cat so needs to be cat friendly

Okay, I'm no fox expert but......iirc they use their faeces to mark their territories. Possibly but removing the poo you're encouraging some diligent fox to come back and top up its signpost. What might be worth trying is moving the poo somewhere nearby but where it won't be a nuisance to you to get the fox to use that spot as a new signpost. Then thoroughly clean the old spot to get rid of all traces of scent so the fox won't be drawn back. This might take a few goes.

Male urine doesn't work, male dog urine doesn't work. The bugger would come, sit on the patio and sh1t while looking my thrashing and barking dogs in the eye (dogs are behind patio doors).

We had them doing this on patio. Removed poo and washed with Jayes Fluid (you'd have to keep your cat away while it's wet). Seems to have stopped them using the patio (they still use other part of garden on and off, but at least you're not walking out directly on to it). Could be coincidence, but might be worth a try
