Tree ID please

Have just stayed at a friends and she has a lovely old tree near her house.
Is anybody able to ID it please?
I hope the photo gives enough information as naturally it is only just starting to develop its new leaves.

Ps. She says it doesn’t have conkers dropping off in the Autumn.

Could it be a London Plane?

Hm, I had thought some kind of plane too, but they usually have a fairly distinctive bark and I'm not seeing it in this photo.

Judging by the flowers, I’d say London Plane

For future, if you install the PlantNet App, just take a photo of whatever tree, leaf, flower you want to identify and the app tells you what it is. I'm always pointing it at things around my garden.
