What did I do wrong?!

Absolute newbie to gardening but trying to set a good example. My daughter was gifted some sunflower seeds and we sowed them inside and all was going well until now - have I overwatered them or is the pot too small? Can they be saved? They’ve just all flopped over 😬Thanks so much x x

I’m just old. If you’ve been gardening 60 years, some knowledge rubs off.

Do you have any seeds left? You can always start some more in a couple of weeks, or try something different. Maybe fennel or dill - lovely sensory plants, fluffy and smell wonderful and great for insects.

I don’t but I can’t get more that’s no problem. I put the last few outside just to see what would happen but those are great suggestions thank you - DC is most secure outside so definitely want to create “something” to explore!
