Found this photo online. No link to anything. Wondering if someone can tell me what the whole flowers are that are laying on the rock edge.
im currently working on my circular bed and these would look gorgeous round the outside.

Hard to tell from that distance but they could well be alyssum - which, even if they're not, would give much the same effect.

White Campanula (Bellflower)? Different types - some are upright, others mound/ground cover.

Impossible to tell for sure, the resolution isn’t enough to support much magnification, but the flowers seem to be in domed heads which would point to alyssum or perennial candytuft rather than lobelia or campanula
