My tomato plant has green tomatoes. I'm really hoping they'll ripen but it's November! Will they stand a better chance if I bring the pot indoors?

Yes, but also you can cook with green tomatoes - soups, stir frys etc, or make green tomato chutney, so even if they never ripen don't waste them!

I was going to suggest green tomato chutney, too. You can freeze green tomatoes so you can collect-as-you-go and then make the chutney when you have enough.
