Value pots

Planning to plant loads of bulbs in pots in front garden which is largely paved.

I have a few pots and would like some more but the price of terracotta and ceramic pots is eye watering.

Any recommendations for decent value pots?

B&Q can be reasonable and B&M stores sometimes have gardening sections. I, haven't yet, but I've thought about repurposing other types of container as planters. Like those woven plastic storage boxes could be lined (perhaps with just a heavy duty binbag) and filled with soil and plants.

It’s only the ones at the front which are visible - tuck in standard plastic pots at the back

You could look at metals - aluminium, zinc, etc.

As PP said, you could repurpose other containers but create a sense of unity by painting them the same / harmonising colours. A good choice of container-colour can actually enhance your planting scheme's colours.

Aldi/Lidl sometimes have them

I got some great large ceramic garden pots from The Range- might be worth a look.

I’ve got some of the vista extra large pots in dark grey. I have the 50cm and the 60cm they are excellent really big. The compost to full them is the expensive part! 😂
