What are these black spots on my ivy plant?!

I have an indoor ivy plant and it has developed black spots on the leaves. Does anyone know what is causing these, and whether there’s a way to get rid of them?!

Also, are they some type of bug or fungus that could spread to my other houseplants?!

Thank you!!

It’s really hard to tell, need much more of a close-up . Could be blackfly, which usually congregate around soft stem tips. Could be sooty mould on excretions from other pests - I’d be checking for scale insect, brown raised scales on stems and leaf veins.

Ivy doesn't do all that well indoors long-term to be honest. Does the black rub off, or are they actual spots on the leaves?

I suspect red spider mite might be an issue, but they are so small you can't really see them until the infestation has got completely out of control.
