Even then... not really - but they'd be better than non-organic shop bought stuff

Technically, i believe that this is a matter of personal philosophy, especially as I assume you are not planning on selling your potatoes on a commercial basis. They would certainlybe organically GROWN potatoes. And as you don't eat the seed potato, then all the potatoes that grow this year would themselves be organic.

Personally I think your potatoes woudl be far more organic than anythign that had been in an aeroplane (eg organic beans from Kenya.

But you can buy organic seed potatoes if you want to be a Puritan!
