Hydrangea leaf help please.

Put this one in a few months ago. Not done as well as the others. And all the leaves went brown etc.
but new growth is coming through. But I’m left with these leaves that are brown and breaking off. Do I cut them off or leave them? Novice gardener here.

You might as well leave them. They lose their leaves in the winter anyway.

It might be in a spot that's too sunny - they don't like that. Might be worth relocating it later in the year.

Thanks I will leave them. I don’t know about placement. I planted a few in a spot that gets equal sun to all the others and they are fine. Will see how I go with it.

It give it a boost with a feed such as tomato feed.
