Hydrangeas spacing.

Just bought two of these. And wondering how far apart they should be planted. Anyone have a rough idea. I have enough space so don’t mind what is needed. Any ideas?

Depends on their expected final size, does it say on the label or have a name to google for info? And depends if you want them to merge to form what looks like one big bush or for them to look like 2 side by side but separate.

They are macrophylla. I have found so many different things on the internet about how they grow. So just wondered if a really person would have more of an idea. Maybe I’m thinking having them merge together?
