Does anyone know what this is and whether I want it in my garden. Thanks

It looks like Comfrey, it can be classed as a wild flower, the bees love it. I suspect the seed has blown in from somewhere. It can become overwhelming, I let it grow under the hedge, when it gets straggling, around July, I chop it back.
