Growing edibles in recycled pallet planter- safe, any possible lining suggestions ?

Dh says it could have been treated, planning on painting it to preserve anyway. Can I line it with anything to make it safe?

I think you need to look for the stamp. If it says HT, its fine because that means heat treated. If not its been treated with chemicals

You can line with that weed proof membrane stuff or try Ikea bags stood inside (punch holes for drainage). You could then lift and swap bags if necessary.
