Decking brush

Hi All,

I'm new to having a garden so please forgive the stupid questions that will probably appear over the next few months!

The first thing is I'm trying to buy a decent broom to sweep the decking, but I can't figure out which type of bristles would be best, even after much googling.

Any advice on bristles? And brands? Anything I've found that looked remotely suitable had terrible reviews.

Thank you!

Wood or composite decking? I'd probably just use a hard brush but the fact that your first query is a brush sounds like you intend to sweep regularly. I don't & it doesn't really need it. We have grooves composite & I just use the kitchen brush rarely.

Good luck with the gardening, it's a bit addictive so ask for cuttings & slips from anyone who has plants. Like everything else the cost of plants has jumped up.
