To continue into Spring 2022.

Unfortunately, I am not sure how many pictures I will be able to supply this year . Some builders are in building an extension for me .
I might have to live off all your lovely photos. Keep them coming!💐

Wow @alishylishy & @GiraffesInScarfs!! Amazing Tulips 🌷😍

Great choices @Chasingsquirrels! I wouldn't have been able to resist either. You're right, great quality & prices too.

Love that @SockFluffInTheBath 😂 I'm sure my DH would have sent me that too if he'd come across it!

Great photo @notsogreenthumb.

I still can't post any pictures for some reason 😤

Sweetpea1532 · 28/04/2022 19:22

@notsogreenthumb mum really does have a tonne of energy...puts me to shame!

@SockFluffInTheBath
I love your DHs sense of humour 😂😂😂😂😂

Thank you, Everyone (too many to name) for continuing to share your beautiful colour...I'm really enjoying the variety..we have none of these in the drought ridden West Coast of California...we are 7 inches below normal for this year's rain totals😥

@GiraffesInScarfs What are the blue flowers in the end photo ?

@Chasingsquirrels I bought a white hydrangea, had to walk away from the clematis but they were beautiful, hybrid ones I think. Amazing prices for quality plants.

we went to aldi tonight and they had some substantial looking hydrangeas out the front. DH just raised his eyebrows and stomped on with the trolley 😂

Grape hyacinths. Really cheap, I plant loads!

GiraffesInScarfs · 28/04/2022 22:10

Also called muscari

GiraffesInScarfs · 28/04/2022 22:11

In the middle photo I have ones with dark blue tops down with the white tulips, then the plain blue ones, then blue with white tops with the pinker tulips then white ones with the bright pink tulips.

You can plant them really well in lawns too with bontanical tulips.

My free (pay £5.80 postage) perennials arrived today, teeny tiny things, but seem quite sturdy. All potted on and can grow in the conservatory for a while.

Thank you, they are on the list. So pretty.

userxx · 29/04/2022 22:01

@SockFluffInTheBath I hid mine in the footwell of my car for the first night then slipped through the side gate early the next morning. I've been harping on about tightening our belts recently and essential items only. 😏

AnneKipankitoo · 30/04/2022 16:05

Ha very true @beautyisfoundwithin thankfully my DH is joking. He’s on thin ice if he’s not 😂

My favourite patch in spring, I love the blues and all the foliage… (please ignore the tatty edged lawn, not got to that bit yet!
