To continue into Spring 2022.

Unfortunately, I am not sure how many pictures I will be able to supply this year . Some builders are in building an extension for me .
I might have to live off all your lovely photos. Keep them coming!💐

@beautyisfoundwithin

Very impressive *@GiraffesInScarfs*!

I've joined in with the local tradition of Easter decorations in the garden 🐣Easter Smile

Oh that's so pretty! What a fantastic idea.

I was but ever since my very sad looking hebe and my now dead fuschia I don't think I deserve it anymore 😂. I fare better with veg. All my flowers grow in plant pots and unfortunately every year a lot die due to water logging. Let's see how this year goes 🥴😶

Girliefriendlikespuppies · 18/04/2022 09:38

Hi can I join in?

I love this time of year in the garden.

I have a new build garden that was a complete blank canvas 5 years ago. I was also a complete novice gardener so am very impressed anytime anything grows!!

Here's a few pics of the flowers out in the garden now.

@Girliefriendlikespuppies what is the purple flower in your third photo?

Chasingsquirrels · 18/04/2022 20:04

My new-ish but of garden and a shot of the same area from last October.

I cleared it and got most of the planting in late last year, and have mulched it with a layer of soil improver from the local waste disposal facility this weekend.

Can I join! My garden is a work in progress! I've just gotten into gardening within the last year. Not much to show as I'm putting a border in but I did plant some bulbs which have finally flowered yesterday!
I have some plants in the new border but I think the azalia is dying!

Welcome @Alittlebitofthis
That is a beautiful yellow..so cheery looking ... definitely brightens up that spot.
Azaleas are kind of testy until they get established..they need plenty of water ( at least they do here in the US.)
Attached is a photo of my 91 yr old mum who has just been awarded "Yard of the Month" because her Azaleas are blooming. These plants are about 30 years old. She keeps them shaped so that when they bloom it is one big ball of colour.

You are off to a good start! Keep going.. See what works in your garden and in each different area of it...I've found that when a plant likes an area it flourishes...if it doesn't flourish then the area is probably wrong for it.Flowers
