What’s this on top of my bulb pots?

Hi, looking for some advice on what the foliage is on top of my bulb pots. Ive grown bulbs for the last few years and have never seen this. Do I leave it be? Thanks !

@YanTanTetheraPetheraPimp. I think you are right. I just referred to the bulbs I purchased and the name you mention is on the list. I’ve never bought this type before hence my lack of knowledge! So I guess I just leave it be . Thanks for the replies.

Tally is right. I have great clouds of the stuff growing all spring and summer.

Very pretty pink flowers and the leaves go red as the foliage ages. It's a wild geranium.

However, it's not the nicest of smells and the seed heads explode, usually into the fur of a passing cat, so you might want to give it a chop back once the leaves start changing - that'll create a fresh flush of flowers, which will keep the bees happy.

It looks a lot like feverfew to me.

Hi these are 100% anemone bulbs sprouting, I know because mine currently look the same and I grew them last year too. I love anemones, they are lovely early flowers that really add beauty to the garden

I too think it's Herb Robert. It smells dreadful and spreads like wildfire.I had lots in the garden of my last house and have been watching closely to make sure it doesn't start growing in my new garden.

Certainly not Herb Robert, that grows from a central crown, not individual leaves growing through the soil like that.

It does, but again the leaves would be growing from a central point, not coming through the soil individually
