Have got: fuschia/ geranium/ choisia/ wiegelia/ penstemon. They all seem to be rooting nicely so far. But I have no greenhouse or cold frame. will they get too warm inside? Put them in a cold conservatory? Thanks for any advice!

Cold conservatory would be the best. Unless it’s a hardy fuchsia, it won’t want to be frosted, so you may have to bring it further into the house in January, but the rest should by fine in the conservatory.

Best not to be too warm as the warmth stimulates them into growth but they’re isn’t enough light so they grow leggy and weak

I always prefer cuttings to be under shelter rather than outside, mainly because I’m more likely to keep an eye on them
