I went shopping with my birthday money today and had a lovely couple of hours idling around the garden centres. I spotted a massive monstera picollo for £40 and was contemplating it, but then spotted another one exactly the same in the discount section. They had marked it down to £20, and as far as I could see all that was wrong with it was two broken leaves! It is so lush and healthy looking, I couldn’t believe it, it was such a great deal so I bought it.
I’ve added some houseplant compost on top, given it some water and put it in my bedroom. I love it!
Only thing is, I don’t know if it is outgrowing it’s (large!) moss stick? 2nd pic shows the top of the plant.
