We have proper space for 2 trees. Buying a self fertilising eating apple and also want an Amalanchier as had one before and loved it. I’d love a cooking apple tree too and a magnolia…. There is another space that needs height near a fence. On digging down we’ve discovered a huge pipe cut off thing so will need to cover back up and put a container on it. Wondering about getting a small Amalanchier for the pot so I can have my cooking apple tree. Just wondering how successful this would be.
