Do I need to get rid of this plant?

Sorry if this is the wrong place as it’s an indoor plant but I was hoping someone might know what to do.

Just taken my aspidistra into the shower for some watering and I noticed there were loads of little white caterpillar/maggots in the bottom of the pot. On closer inspection they’re all over the soil as well! Hopefully a photo has attached.

Is there anything I can do or does the whole plant need to go in the bin?

If they are definitely maggotty things then I would take it outside, thoroughly wash off all the soil and repot it in new soil and quarantine it in a room with no other plants for a few weeks.

Definitely maggots I think, they were crawling all over the soil Envy
I’ll give that a go, thanks!

Neem oil, diluted with water and hand soap and sprayed on the soil. It smells disgusting but is pretty effective
