He keeps moving my pots out and forgetting to bring them in. Weather says it was 2 degrees, light frost on grass. In the SW. Tomatoes are done for aren’t they?😩 mostly care about the cosmos. We’re getting quite tall with flower heads on.😰

I don't know but I have several under a homemade mini poly tunnel and it's got down to 0 or -1 at night here and they seem to be ok. The nasturtiums on the other hand have been totally frost damaged...

My tomatoes survived a surprise - 5 frost last week, they still look as good as before. I think the odd chilly night isn't as bad as being cold all the time.

Tomatoes will be damaged if not dead at 2 degrees.

Cosmos - wait and see. They may be OK.

DH needs to buy you a small greenhouse or similar as an apology.

Tomatoes are done for aren’t they? Half of mine are in an unheated garden. So far, so good.
