We had a tricky bit of ground that I raked a bit, chucked a box of wildflower seed on and then sprinkled compost over and it was BEAUTIFUL. Best thing in the garden. We then put a trampoline on that patch and mulched with bark chippings around it and a nearby bed, where we were hoping to grow more wildflowers this year. Obviously we shouldn’t have put the bark down but now we have is there anything we can do? If I put a bit of compost on top and then sow will that do or would I need to remove all the bark?
