Shrub Identification

Hi, we recently moved to a new house & I am trying to identify a medium sized shrub in the garden. Gardening novice so have used a couple of different plant identification apps - one tells me this is a yellow oleander and the other a type of olive (Oleaceae). Pretty certain it’s not the latter, but not sure re oleander - leaves are not at all waxy.
Any ideas?

I think the variegated one on the left is Pittosporum tobira variegatum,. The big bush may be Hebe stenophylla, also called H parviflora angustifolia. images.app.goo.gl/EK7gkDjHRxwkrHfM8

Sorry if that’s a mouthful but I don’t know a common name. One of Andy Sturgeon’s favorites

I also thought it might be a Hebe stenophylla, as the stem structure is the same.

Download an app called PictureThis, take a picture with it and boom, mystery over. Hours of fun on walks (yes I know I need to get a life).

Yellow oleander is not hardy in the UK. That's the trouble with these plant apps really - they just find a close match on their database, regardless of where in the world it grows.

Thanks all, I think you’ve got it with the Hebes. Going to do some reading up on them now!
