Raised beds

I am looking to put in a few raised beds for veg and fruit growing. I have found the below link ones at b&q, but they are bare pine. What should I get to treat them with to prolong the life?

Personally, I would use any fence waterproofing treatment which says it's safe for plants. Definitely not creosote, but I'm not sure that's available now. You might be interested in this article

I laughed when I saw the advert, though. That's a standard pallet packing frame! See here for a similar one, standing on a pallet. If you google "pallet collar" you may be able to get it cheaper, bearing in mind you're not buying just one.

Thank you @MereDintofPandiculation. I have had a look at pallet collars and they are definitely cheaper elsewhere. Would they be untreated? Might actually be ok to just leave them and hope for the best if most treatments have nasty things in. Looking for cheap and cheerful as not sure how long the beds will be there.
