Bubbles coming out a hole in the ground lol

Hey everyone this is my first time posting anything on this I'm not really great at explaining things so I will give it a try so I was looking out my window earlier on and noticed something white on the ground at first I thought it was maybe plastic from someones wrapper from a firework box or something so I went outside to pick it up to notice it was actually bubbles coming out of a hole in the ground in touched it with my trainers and the bubbles went from white to a tint ov bluish black I will include pictures of what I seen out the window at first I was puzzled because it looked funny and my brain couldn't think if it was plastic or what it was lol can anyone else think what it could be it literally coming up from underneath the ground through a hole lol and the shape 😂😂

Is it definitely bubbles? It doesn’t really look like a bubble.

Some kind of fungi? Sounds like the ink caps we get in our garden, they’re just like a little round bump when they start growing and produce a blackish ‘ink’ which could be what caused the colour change

ooh hope it is fungi and not a leak in a pipe

Did the bubble go pop and smell of gas?

Was the bubble more slime or jelly like?

Daylight close up would be good. I think the OP means that's a conical mass of tiny bubbles.

The black ink of an ink cap is the dying flesh, so wouldn't cause the colour change OP describes.
