Hi!

Have a shared garden between me and the neighbour (front & back).

Just wondering if anyone knew what the rules were for times of using it for my son to have a play about. Any info would be great thanks

Surely the rules are whatever you and your neighbour mutually decide they are?

Sorry i should have mentioned we are with a housing association so i was wondering if anyone knew of any set rules because i cant find any information anywhere.

Is it mentioned on your lease? i think you need to talk to the HA to see if they have advice/restrictions, then discuss with the neighbours.
