Lupin pruning

I have been pruning my lupin flower stems when they have gone over but it has completely finished now but is massive with green, do I prune it right back now? It looks really untidy

Sometimes they have a second flowering, so if the plant is showing heathy growth, leave it and you’ll probably get more flower spikes.
