can I grow jasminoides trachelospermum in a small pot for a narrow vertical space?

I haven't grown this plant before and want it to fit on a narrow bit of wall only a couple of feet across. If it's going to be "leggy" in a width kind of way that won't work.

I'm not quite sure what you mean but maybe the photo of a Trachelospermum jasminoides in pot on a narrow trellis on this thread will answer your question:

As long as you cut it back each year after flowering to restrict it. It grows fast so will try and reach past those boundaries if you don't.

Thanks. I bought a container for it and some trellis so it's getting planted at the weekend. Will be interesting to see how fast it grows!
