It's an azalea I think ... available in all garden centres etc. You must have acidic soil for it to be so happy. It's beautiful! I love really strong colours like that.

It’s an azalea, but it seems to have what looks like a bramble which needs to be removed growing through it (the 2 bigger leaves with 3 bits to them just to the right of the centre of the plant look like bramble leaves to me)

Def azalea. You can buy online or supermarkets. They must be planted in ericaceous soil though which you can buy.

Not the best person to answer this but it looks like hibiscus to me. Could be totally wrong. Sorry!

It isn't a hibiscus @unfriendlyfriend - they flower in summer, around August.

Agree with others, it is an azalea. And yes, they do need ereicaceous soil, but that one looks really happy and has been there some years, so I suspect that the OP lives where the soil is naturally neutal/acidic anyway. No harm in giving it a top dressing of ericaceous compost though.

here are some pictures, these are expensive, I think I got mine in Tesco and mine are planted in pots

@EarlGreyT yes I removed that one yesterday when I was gardening. I took this picture before I was done. Thanks
