What plant is this (magazine photo)

Just clearing out some magazines and found this plant but the article is more about the fencing.

Any ideas?

I think it is hemerocallis, also called day Lily.

I’m not sure it’s day lilies. Ours don’t look quite the same.

Crocsemia ?

I can’t zoom in on my phone, but they might be crocosmia.

Or even Crocosmia if I learn to spell it.

Those look like leaves coming off a long stem, rather than leaves going all the way back to the ground, so that rules out red hot poker, crocosmia etc. So yes to a grass.
