If you are very new to gardening and have an established garden you might find an app called plantsnap useful, you take a picture of a plant, it tells you which parts and then identifies it for you.
It cost me a few pounds but I find it useful.

The upright growth means it could be a Sorbus (mountain ash), for example the variety "Joseph Rock". But we would need to see a close of the bark on the trunk and of the young twigs.

If it's a New Build then you can ask the developer (via email) as it's obviously newly planted.
